VENDOR SETUP:
Vendor setup is from 5PM – 8PM on Friday September 1st and begins again at 7AM on Saturday September 2nd.

Arts/Crafts are to be handmade, we are a juried show. If you have store bought items and
are not a direct sale vendor, you will be asked to remove those items.

Your area must be cleaned up at the end of each day. We suggest covering your items or using tent walls.

Spaces are 10 x 10, if you exceed this area FIT has the right to charge you for an additional space.

YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN TENTS AND TABLES. Table skirting is required.

Tents must be anchored. If you are located in the street, please bring tent weights, concrete blocks, or some means to anchor your tent in case of high winds.

Vendors MAY NOT tear down prior to the end of the show without special permission. Tearing down or closing your booth before the end of the festival hours may result in exclusion from future Art Festivals.

Vendors doing only one day will be placed at the ends of rows and will not have access to
electricity.

Returning vendors will be placed in the same location as previous years when requested and if available.

If you requested ELECTRICITY : Please bring your own extension cords and power strips. We hope to provide electric to everyone that requested, but may not be able to.

Security will be provided Friday and Saturday evening. While we do provide security for the
festival area, Focus in Toronto does not assume responsibility for your merchandise or equipment if lost, stolen, or damaged. We highly recommend you use tent walls or tarps to enclose your tent and lower your tent overnight to prevent wind damage.
